Our custom mini bike shipping policy ensures that whether you’re ordering a single minibike kit or multiple performance parts, your products arrive safely, on time, and ready to ride. We ship both domestically and internationally, so customers worldwide can enjoy our high-quality custom mini bikes and accessories.

📦Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Enjoy free ground shipping on most orders over $800 within the contiguous United States.

• Adult signature required on all live axle kits, engines, and orders over $500. Contact us if you’d like to waive this requirement.

• Large items (e.g., complete mini bike kits or bulk orders) may not qualify for free shipping.

• Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days for free shipping offers.

• We ship via UPS or USPS, and all free shipping offers use our preferred carrier and method.

• ⚠️ Note: Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders.

International Shipping 🌍

• All import duties and taxes are calculated during checkout via Zonos. You’ll see these costs upfront and pay them securely.

• Orders ship via UPS or USPS.

• Due to high shipping costs, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Ensure your billing and shipping address is correct to avoid delays.

• We ship international orders exclusively via UPS.

Order Processing & Tracking

• Orders placed before 2 PM CST typically ship the same day or next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

• Standard business delivery is Monday – Friday, and UPS/FedEx 2-Day service does not deliver on weekends.

• All international orders ship via Very Safe Courier.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders can be canceled before shipment or before assembly begins.

• Contact us via phone (866-846-5278) or email (sales@customminibikegarage.com) for cancellation requests.

• Once assembly begins, a fee may apply. If the order has shipped, return charges and restocking fees may apply.

Returns & Refunds

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in new, unused condition, and in original packaging.

• Exclusions: No returns on assembled motorized equipment, electrical items, performance parts, or apparel.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• Damaged Items: If a product is damaged during shipping, keep the packaging and provide photos or video to sales@customminibikegarage.com immediately.

⚠️ Refusal of shipment or late damage claims may result in denial of a refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

• We use Route for package protection and tracking.

• If a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, Route provides claims support and helps process refunds or replacements.

• Full refunds are issued only after verification with the freight carrier.

Return Process

1. Contact Custom Mini Bike Garage for return authorization.

2. Include the original receipt (or copy) with your return.

3. Ship the item prepaid to our warehouse.

Note: We do not exchange parts. Eligible returns are refunded only.
